Shipping
Standard delivery is free on every order — no minimum. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Every order ships tracked. You will get a confirmation email with the tracking link as soon as it leaves the warehouse, and you can check status anytime from your account.
Returns
Projectors are worth trying in your own room. If it is not the upgrade you expected, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.
- Unit must be in working condition with the included cables and accessories
- Original box and packaging where possible — it protects the lens in transit
- Return shipping is free for US orders
- Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of the return arriving
- Physically damaged or heavily modified units cannot be refunded
Damaged or faulty units
If your projector arrives damaged or develops a fault, message us with your order number and a short clip or photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund — you will not be sent in circles.
